Established in 2021, She Rocked It is a media platform and mentorship-driven community where courageous creatives are empowered to launch and level up their dream careers.
While we primarily focus on celebrating and elevating the voices of women, we welcome all into our community who wholeheartedly champion women and are passionate about pursuing a creative career.
She Rocked It founder and host Karen Gross is a seasoned creative entrepreneur, communications consultant, and singer. For the last 12 years she’s been rocking it as a creative business owner, while helping women and others harness the power of their voices and align their creativity with their careers. She also proudly lives an unconventional life on her own terms in her mid-forties, with no 9-5, no kids, and a long-term relationship that thrives while she and her partner live in separate homes.
Karen has hosted dozens of She Rocked It podcast interviews with award-winning artists, leaders, and entrepreneurs, produced empowering events with partners like Athleta and NYC’s Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment, and cultivated a growing community known as the Rockstar Network.
Our move to Substack marks an evolution in the She Rocked It journey: leaving behind the noise of social media to create a deeper, more intentional space for storytelling, mentorship, and connection.
